Both suites up share an expansive terrace overlooking the pool and with panoramic views of Lake Arenal, mountains and lush jungle. Each have private baths with showers, sitting areas and sweeping views.
All mattresses in the Suites are new, as are the guests’ bedding and towels. Each of the Suites, as well as the balance of the resort, are highly maintained, and in very good condition. There are several Suites with the property not currently rented, which have been used by the owner as an office and private residence. There are two other rooms on the property (second building, ground floor) currently used for storage, that could easily be converted into one very large Suite as well. Kayaks are available for use and there is a direct lake access route for Toad Hall guests. This exclusive lake access is shared with only a few other businesses in the area. The resort’s kitchen is complete with freezers, refrigerators and all equipment needed to run a full time restaurant. It has been retiled (walls and floors), had a new plastic ceiling AND new vent hood installed, and now has new pans, silverware and miscellaneous serving dishes. The bar is also completely furnished with all equipment needed, including high quality beer cooler, blenders, alcohol, glasses, etc. There are laundry facilities on-sight as well as hard-working, reliable staff to assist in both the housekeeping and restaurant areas.
The current owner of Toad Hall has registered with the Tilaran Camara de Comercio Industria y Turismo (CCIT), a significant program which will be enhancing tourism in this specific area, mirroring successful La Fortuna. It is expected that within one year of commencement, this area will be hugely popular and property values will grow exponentially.
